Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Nature of Service & Booking

Taxi Lux Tours operates dedicated private chauffeur and passenger transport services throughout Northern Morocco. All services are strictly private; vehicles are dedicated solely to the booking party and are never shared with unfamiliar passengers.

2. Payment and Settlement Terms

Applicable payment methods, accepted currencies, and settlement terms are communicated and confirmed in your written reservation voucher issued by Central Dispatch upon schedule review.

• Quoted rates reflect transparent, all-inclusive pricing covering highway tolls, parking, and fuel.
• Final payment conditions are validated by dispatch prior to journey confirmation.
• Any requested customized arrangements or corporate invoicing must be agreed in advance with dispatch.

3. Chauffeur Waiting Times & Delays

To accommodate customs, passport control, and luggage retrieval, the following complimentary waiting windows are included with every booking:

• Airport Pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting from actual flight touchdown time.
• Ferry Port Pickups: 45 minutes complimentary waiting from actual ship docking time.
• Hotel & Train Station Pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting from scheduled pickup time.

Because we monitor flight and ferry numbers in real-time, scheduled arrival delays (e.g., flight rerouting or ferry wind delays) incur zero penalty.

4. Baggage Allowances

To ensure safety and passenger comfort, baggage allowances per vehicle class must be respected:

• Executive Sedan: Maximum 3 passengers, 2 standard large suitcases (up to 23 kg each) + 2 carry-on bags.
• Mercedes V-Class Luxury Van: Maximum 6 passengers, 6 standard large suitcases + 6 carry-on bags.

Excess luggage exceeding vehicle trunk capacity that compromises road safety cannot be transported inside the passenger cabin.

5. Vehicle Hygiene & Etiquette

All Taxi Lux Tours vehicles are strictly non-smoking. We provide clean, air-conditioned environments with complimentary chilled bottled water for every guest.
