- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

- We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or force majeure events.
