Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments through the following methods:
– Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
– Bank Transfer (details will be provided upon request)
– Online Payment Systems (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
– Cash Payments (available only for local bookings)
Payment Currency:
Payments will be processed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or their equivalent in other currencies. The exchange rate is determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.
Booking Confirmation:
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full before the start of your tour. Your reservation is only confirmed once we receive the full payment.
Payment Deadlines:
– For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 30% is required, with the balance due 14 days before the tour.
– For bookings made less than 30 days before the tour, full payment is required within 48 hours of booking.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available if you cancel your booking under the following terms:
– Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our Commitment:
In the event that Taxi Lux Tours must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, operational issues, or other emergencies), we will offer you:
– A full refund of the amount paid, or
– An alternative tour of equal or greater value, based on availability.
If the cancellation is initiated by Taxi Lux Tours, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
Changing Your Booking:
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates or tour details), please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Modification Fees:
Depending on the nature of the changes, additional charges may apply for modifications, especially for last-minute adjustments.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services may be non-refundable, such as:
– Special events, activities, or optional tours booked in advance.
– Payments made for third-party services (such as hotels, transportation, etc.), if not refundable by the third-party provider.
Refund Requests:
To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone. Include the following information:
– Your booking reference number.
– A brief explanation for the cancellation.
– Any supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates, emergency reasons) if applicable.
