– Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
Our Commitment:
Taxi Lux Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, operational issues, or emergencies. If we are forced to cancel a booking, we will:
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure:
Taxi Lux Tours is not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or other events beyond our control.

Modification Fees:

No-Show Fee:
If you do not show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued. A no-show is considered as a cancellation without communication.
Emergency Cancellations:
In the case of an emergency or a medical situation that prevents you from attending the scheduled tour, please provide documentation (e.g., medical certificate) within 24 hours of the tour departure. We may offer a partial refund or reschedule the tour based on the situation.
