1. Booking Process

How to Book:
Bookings can be made through our website, via email, or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.

Booking Confirmation:
Upon receiving your booking request, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your reservation is only considered confirmed once we receive the full payment.

Custom Tours:
For custom tours or special requests, please contact us in advance. We will tailor the tour to your preferences and provide you with a personalized itinerary and pricing.

2. Payment Terms

Deposit & Full Payment:
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the tour departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 48 hours of the tour date.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods available on our website.

Currency:
All payments are processed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or their equivalent in other currencies.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Taxi Lux Tours:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure, adverse weather conditions, etc.), we will provide you with a full refund or offer an alternative tour option at no additional cost.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation and will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Modifications to Bookings

Changes to Your Booking:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your booking (such as changing dates or tour details), please notify us at least 72 hours before your tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Fees for Modifications:
Some changes to your booking may incur a small administrative fee, depending on the nature of the modification and the time of notice.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

Taxi Lux Tours is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during your tour. Travel insurance provides additional security and peace of mind.

6. Responsibility of Guests

Personal Belongings:
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the tour. Taxi Lux Tours is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the trip.

Health & Safety:
Please ensure that you are in good health and capable of participating in the tour activities. Any medical conditions or special needs must be communicated to us in advance.

7. Group Bookings

Group Size:
For group bookings (10 or more people), please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and receive a custom quote.

Payment Terms for Groups:
A larger deposit may be required for group bookings, and payment deadlines will be discussed during the booking process.
